PREPAID BILLING IS HERE!
Jackson Electric is offering prepaid billing as another option for members to pay their billing statement.
What is the concept of Prepaid Billing?
Prepaid Billing for electricity works the same way as purchasing gas for your vehicle. It is purchased before it is used, and the tank is refilled when it gets low. Just like your vehicle's gas tank, you can decide when you want to refill your meter and how much you want to pay.
When your credit runs low, you'll receive a notice to add more funds to stay connected. If your account runs out of funds, your electricity will automatically be disconnected until a payment is made. Electric will be reconnected when the prepaid balance is $25.
