Credit/Debit Card

Due to PCI security standards, we cannot enroll a debit or credit card. You may set up your recurring card payment through SmartHub or the IVR payment number at 833.679.0919.

Drop your payment in the secure drop box located at Jackson Electric. The drop box is located in Jackson Electric's member services parking lot next to the USPS mailbox.

Because of the federal Red Flags Rule, please be prepared to show your current electric bill or confirm your mailing address and the last four digits of your social security number.
